Finnerty's Mills.

Finnertys Mills is a peaceful rural location, situated 10 kms from Loughrea, Co. Galway, Ireland. We are 35 kms from Galway City. There is a Corn Mill, Woolen/Tuck Mill, walkway and yard on the farm. All buildings date back to the early 19th century.

The Cappagh river meanders by both Mills. The walkway is beside the river between the two Mills.
These buildings are an important part of our heritage and one gets a real sense of history at Finnertys Mills. The Corn Mill is also a recorded monument. We are currently restoring all buildings based on best conservation techniques.

Free parking for cars and coaches.
Surrounding grounds contain loose gravel paths and slopes. The Mill contains stairs all of which have handrails.
