Wheaten Bread.

Ingredient's.
Metric
Imperial
Plain flour. 100 g 4 ozs
Wheten flower a100 g 4 ozs
Salt 2.5 ml 1/2 Teaspoon
Baking soda. 2.5 ml 1/2 Teaspoon
Cream of tartar 2.5 ml 1/2 Teaspoon
Buttermilk 250 ml 1/2 Pint

Sieve all ingrediants into a mixing bowl.
Add buttermilk and mix with a knife to an elestac consistancy.

If a griddle is available flower it and form the dough into a circle. Make cuts with a knife dividing the circle into quarters, not right through.
When it begins to cook turn it over occasionally until it is fully cooked
