THE town of Rathfriland is agreeably situated on a large hill, and is a very pleasant village. It has one church one Presbyterian meeting-house one of Seceders one of Covenanters one of Quakers, and a congregation of Methodists. There is a very considerable weekly market held in Rathfriland, and also a very prosperous and well attended Sunday school, which promises to be of great advantage to the rising generation.
