A beautiful detatched house right in the heart of Letterkenny town, and ideal base for exploring the beauty of Donegal. 15 minutes walk to the town centre and only 5 minutes walk to the Mt. Errigal Hotel.
The nearest pubs and shops are only a few minutes walk.

The house has 3 bedrooms sleeps 7. (1 double,1 twin, 1 triple. Cot available on request.
2 bedrooms upstairs one is ensuite. 1 bedroom plus the main bathroom are downstairs, both bathrooms are full tiled. A relaxing large lounge with colour TV and DVD player. New kitchen with dishwasher/fridgefreezer/4 ring hob and oven/microwave/toaster/electric kettle etc.

There is a spacious sun lounge just off the kitchen with enclosed patio area (very secure for small children) and private garden to the rear.

Outside furniture. Utility has washing machine and dryer with ironing facilities. Wood and tile flooring.
